Walk The PetWalk — Shipping Policy

At Walk The PetWalk, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking to update. In rare cases, tracking may not update but the package is still in transit.
Signature Requirement
Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.
If you are not home to sign, please reschedule delivery with the carrier. If the package is returned to us due to missed signatures, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us immediately at walkthepetwalk@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Walk The PetWalk is not responsible for:

Packages lost by the carrier

Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

Carrier delays

Damaged packages caused during transit
If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim:

We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders that show as delivered.
International Shipping
At this time, Walk The PetWalk ships within the United States only. (If you plan to offer international shipping later, I can update this section.)
Pre‑Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as pre‑order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing pre‑order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
Shipping During Sales & Launches
Due to high order volume during promotions, holidays, and new product launches, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim.
Walk The PetWalk is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
